He is a Professor and senior ENT consultant with 24 years of practice in this specialty. After his post-
graduation in ENT he worked in the Indian - Army Medical Corps as a Graded ENT specialist till 2004.
Since then he is practicing and teaching ENT at Sri Ramachandra Medical College and Research institute, Chennai.

He is presently working as a Professor in the Department of ENT, Head and Neck surgery at Sri
Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai and is a Senior Consultant at RPS Hospitals, Chennai

His keen interests are in the field of aesthetic surgery of the Nose, micro ear surgery, endoscopic sinus
surgery, head and neck surgery and head and neck trauma surgery. His passion in airway related surgeries
propelled him to do extensive clinical, surgical and research work in the field of airway surgery in which
he has also obtained a PhD degree.

He is a keen academician with numerous publications and presentations in various journals and at scientific
conferences of national and international repute. He has bagged many awards and recognition in the field of ENT, Head and Neck Surgery.
